Omni Sport Leader - Cycling
Current• User Happiness and Sales: As individuals passionate about sports, we at Decathlon always prioritize the happiness and satisfaction of our customers and users alike. Assisting customers and boosting conversion is one of my core responsibility as Omni Sport Leader (OSL).• Merchandising: Another key responsibility associated with the role of OSL is to maintain store layout and enhance merchandising in order to enhance and quicken the shopping experience.• Stock management and Data Driven Decisions: Managing stock for my sport, cycling inventories, and decisions which are data driven. Sales and stock are integral to my role.• Build and maintain sports communities: Engage people within the catchment of my work location (store), by creating/evolving sports communities through sports events/workshops to "move people through wonders of sport". I am managing the Decathlon Cycling Club Salt Lake (DCCS) with weekly rides and events.
