• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.• Liaise with Architect, Structure, ID consultant, landscape and lighting Consultants on the design intent, discrepancies and compliance.• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.• Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the project manager, Construction Manager for any immediate action.• Supervise the production of coordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements.• Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up the implementation of the client’s comments in timely manner.• Coordinate with sub-contractors, Engineers and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient excavation of work.• Carries out site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule.• Chair M&E Coordination meeting and manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, submission drawings, structure penetration drawings, Material samples, method statements submissions and approval.• Review M&E design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and Client provisions.• Attend weekly technical meeting & progress meeting with architects, consultants and discuss for discrepancies.

Design evaluations and compliance in line with the customer specifications.• Reilies on instructions & pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.• Manage and coordinate site works with contractors.• Manage M&E subtrade change process, review change pricing, and validate/process extra work costs.• Working knowledge of scope of work covered by contracts.• Prepare M&E Master construction schedule, CSD and structural penetration for approval.• Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings,Material samples, method statements submissions and approval.• Review M&E design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and Client provisions.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems on site. • Ensure that ACMV systems meet project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations. • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to plan and schedule ACMV works. Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ACMV systems during installation or operation. Review and approve ACMV system design drawings, specifications, and materials for compliance. • Monitor project budget and expenses related to ACMV works, providing cost estimates and forecasts. • Train site personnel on proper installation, operation, and maintenance procedures for ACMV systems. Prepare and submit progress reports, work schedules, and documentation as required. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ACMV systems with building design.
