I have been well-monitoring and supervising the activities performed by Sub-Contractor to be ready for inspections with client and consultants,especially for Earthwork.And I often have to communicate to the subcontractor of Construction teams like Box-Culverts and Station Buildings when I was requested to help other scopes if needed, especially Rebar and Formwork inspections, and Concrete casting as well. I have been making daily reports and schedules like Three Weeks Rolling Schedule, and reporting to the Manager and then saving all of them in the file server as well. I attend meetings and discuss with the client and consultants regarding site issues, how to control the quality and how to meet the target deadline. I am having good communications with other companies working for the same project because of FNS joint venture. I am checking the health and safety matters on site carefully.
