Client and Infrastructure Management: Directly oversee the Lower Myanmar region's PM/CM and infrastructure demands.Quality Assurance: Manage the overhauling and maintenance of DGs, ensuring rigorous quality reviews and adherence to industry standards.Team Leadership: Supervise regional teams and cluster supervisors, optimizing resource utilization, manpower allocation, budgeting, and vehicle management.Energy Management: Administer fuel monitoring, site management, and O&M activities to minimize energy consumption and enhance operational efficiency, including setting optimal DG running hours to reduce fuel usage.Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate passive maintenance efforts, minimizing MTTR through optimized site access, particularly in restricted areas and during night operations.Operational Financial Management: Handle operational invoices, PRs, and POs, fostering collaboration with clients and subcontractors.Project Financial Oversight: Oversee the budgeting, costing, and financial management of the O&M project, including both Opex and Capex considerations.Performance Audits: Conduct monthly site audits to evaluate performance, quality, and compliance with standards.Diesel Consumption Reduction: Lead initiatives to reduce diesel consumption through RMS and DSE migration and implement energy conservation strategies.Vendor Collaboration: Partner with power vendors to upgrade infrastructure, including DGs, power cabinets, and batteries, based on site load requirements.Cost Analysis: Analyze spare consumption and optimize the costs associated with DG overhauling and preventive maintenance.Reporting: Prepare and present internal management reports on high MTTR, WPS site performance, battery backup challenges, and SLA/KPI analysis to project leadership.

Project Planning and Monitoring: Develop and oversee operational plans for fuel filling and electrification projects, ensuring timely execution and resource allocation.Operational Inspections: Create monthly operational inspection plans, including deployment strategies for power meters and transformers.Stakeholder Negotiation: Collaborate with village electric committees and landowners to secure approvals for power line tapping and to facilitate the installation of power lines across private land.Subcontractor Management: Supervise subcontractors to ensure the installation of appropriately sized power cables, aligned with BTS system load requirements and the capacities of generators, rectifiers, and backup batteries.Documentation Preparation: Prepare and submit necessary documentation for TAC/FAC payments to streamline financial processes.Fuel Consumption Evaluation: Assess diesel generator fuel consumption and implement risk management strategies to prevent outages due to fuel shortages.Fuel Management: Develop and manage fuel-filling plans for 900 sites across Mandalay, Sagaing, Magway, and Naypyidaw.Emergency Response Planning: Create and implement rescue plans for network emergencies related to power issues and fuel theft, adapting to seasonal and situational demands.Cost Optimization: Identify and execute cost-effective strategies for transportation and manpower utilization.Team Management: Oversee daily activities of both the Operations and Technical teams to ensure operational efficiency.

-Manage power implementation and Maintenance process in Sagaing Region.-Supervise the Field operation teams to reduce the site outages and Coordinate with NOC and close site outage issue within SLA.-Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment required and analysis of power failure.-Daily power monitoring, calculations for fuel consume, evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site concerned with power.-Arrange the spare parts for the DG and power cabinets and manage to distribute the region.-Control fuel vendors to keep good fuel quality, to get accurate fuel quantity and to provide fuel in time.-Create WO/CR for DG maintenance and power failure, assign to field operation team.-Plan to deploy (Grid connection) power meter and transformer than assign to vendors.-Supervising and checking for all works performed by subcontractors and workers on site to ensure that quality works are produced according to schedule.-Checking the power line route drawing, schematic design and BOQ according to technical site survey report.-Discuss and advise to customer for power line route design according on-site condition-Negotiate with regional EPC officer to get approval for power meter and transformer installation-Supervise subcontractors to clear all the punch points after PAT-Make purchase order (PO) for power meter and transformer those summits from vendors.-Monitor and control Branch’s WO/CR concerned with M&E and report KPI to Technical Director.

-Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair deployed telecommunications equipment.-Make a schedule and assign the team members for sites preventive and corrective maintenance.-Control the site qualities such as DG PM, cabinet PM and good battery backup to keep good site availability. Coordinate with NOC and Field operation teams to close site outage issue within SLA.-Control fuel vendors to keep good fuel quality, to get accurate fuel quantity and to provide fuel in time.-Collect the repeated outage sites and plan for rectification project (Battery replacement, DG repairing and Solar issue etc.)-Communicate timely with head quarter management team to report the regional operation process.
