I completed my Bachelor’s degree specialization in German in January of 2017 at Yangon Universityof Foreign Languages. As soon as I finished my Bachelor degree, I was offered a job at Suzuki Myanmar Motor Co;Ltd. Since then, I’ve accrued 1 year experience as a Sale Assistant (Delivery teamLeader). During that time, I’ve gradually built a strong foundation of knowledge regarding the various tasks and duties required of a sales assistant. During this period of time, I have learned how to lead a team and manage the colleagues in a systematic way. I was responsible for making the monthly appointment between my head office and the dealers. And I had to calculate the monthly and daily sales invoice and directly report to the head office in Japan.After a 1 year working period at Suzuki , I joined the NYK Group (Nippon Yusen Kaisha) as a Yard Operation Supervisor. Working as operation supervisor at NYK Group has prepared me to meet the challenges of a managerial role in a professional work environment. I have got many new challenges in this job because we are operating the Yard (Motor Pool) for the first time ever that never had in Myanmar. I had to supervise and train the operators. I had to take any responsibilities that happened in the Yard which relate with my job scope. And I had to negotiate between the corporate company and our company. And I was responsible for solving the complaints from the corporate companies’ feedback. After over 2 years experience at NYK, I joined to Wilmar Myanmar Riceland Company Limited as an Operation Supervisor from October 2022 to February 2023. In this position, I have learned the new environment such as Paddy and Rice. I had responsible to manage demand planning and supply planning to meet with business requirement and local situation.
