Listen, think, create.My work involves listening to people explain what they want to achieve and thinking of interesting and helpful ways of supporting them to achieve that. It also involves the creation of original ideas.

I organised and delivered training to the group, liasing with other departments to ensure that students had the facilities and means to achieve the work set. I also had a lot of interaction and communication with various educational and professional bodies such as Skillset and City & Guilds. I also tracked down industry professionals to come and show the group all aspects of their job.
