Current• Managing planogram and stock allocation processes using Card Manager, Link5, and Order Pool, ensuring alignment with Critical Date Path schedules.• Maintaining up-to-date planogram and fixture information, aligned with the Visual Merchandising function, facilitating smooth product launches and store exits.• Developing automation solutions using macros and Power Query to streamline weekly reporting and enhance data accuracy, significantly reducing manual workload.• Identifing and resolved plan inaccuracies in collaboration with STMs, ensuring accurate execution of store layouts.• Handling the maintenance and handover of ‘who has what list’ documents and picture plans, ensuring precise store communication at launch.• Conducting performance analysis through weekly reports (e.g., Planned Pocket Report), identifying risks and optimization opportunities to maximize sales.• Supporting activity launch checks, ensuring all SKUs were shippable and sellable, contributing to order fulfilment targets.
