Responsibilities:- Managing a purchasing department of 20 people;- Participation in the implementation of CRM in the department and throughout the company;- Participation in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing system at the company level;- Managing cost optimisation projects in logistics and warehouse management.Achievements:- Conclusion of several partnership agreements with vendors. Among them are Legrand, DKC, Fujitsu, etc. This reduced project costs by 3-5%.- Successful formation, training and management of a purchasing department of 20 people.
