Developed a computational model for social capital, based on two factors: engagement and belief revision. Engagement refers to the impact or traction arising from a user’s actions in the community, and belief revision refers to the way such impact influences others’ beliefs. Engagement is measured in terms of any action that is scarce in the community. Belief revision is modeled using DeGroot learning.A diffusing computation model is used to develop the concept of an Authority Rank and a Citizen Rank for a participant, for a given topic. This model also gives us two parameters 'lambda' and 'beta' which characterize the community and the effect of engagement. The system is tested on NetLogo simulations as well as on an academic pre-print management system, where users get to read pre-prints of technical papers, in an online reader. Mechanisms are designed to estimate the amount of sustained attention received by resources uploaded on this portal, and propagation of this attention on to its creators.Experiments show that the with the Authority Rank (AR), it is possible identify agents in a community that enjoy a highly engaged and entrenched audience which existing models cannot.

Designed sample chatbots to demonstrate autonomous bot capabilities for OmniChannel, Dynamics 365’s customer support dashboard feature

Developed a web-based drag and drop website editor using AngularJS, enabling the creation of mobile-first responsive websites with ease.Users could drag and drop web elements like images, embedded videos, text and others on a viewport and configure them. Once done, the entire project can be saved to a json file, which can be later loaded into the editor again. The website created can also be “published” at the click of a button in the editor.

Contributed UI changes to BookANook and fixed numerous bugs.Also contributed features to the admin panel and ported to newer Administrate Gem.

Worked on the company’s AngularJS webapp and Java + MongoDB Backend as well as wrote scripts for pre-processing MODIS Remote Sensing data for training ML models.

Was a part of team of two that built Homigo’s operations system and website from scratch.A complete house rental booking system built from scratch using Ruby on Rails. Some highlights of the system:● Customers can book a shared bed/room in a fully furnished apartment/house using a fully-featuredfilter/search option.● Customers can register and track complaints.● Online Payment of monthly rents.● Automated Dues Generation of monthly rents and other charges for customers.● Automated Email notifications.● Built an automated testing suite using rspec and integrated it with Bitbucket Pipelines CI. Thisensures that the core of the platform remains bug free across all those commits.● Administrative Dashboard with fine control over every aspect of the website including customers,houses, complaints, dues and payments.
