Creativity isn’t just my middle name; it’s my first, last, and everything in between.At 17, I kicked off my career as a freelance video editor, then quickly leveled up to graphic designing and filming. This led me to start a small local content creation agency where I got to work on projects for ITC, Samsung, Ford, and Peerless. Not bad for a teenager, right?When COVID-19 decided to crash my college years, I switched gears and taught myself coding. After snagging my B.Tech, I joined Brightchamps Edtech as a coding instructor. Fast forward six months, and I was promoted to Trainer. Before I knew it, I was the Team Lead of LMS and eventually the LMS Manager. Talk about a glow-up!In my role, I've managed and trained over 2000+ employees, conducted 300+ training sessions, created learning resources and content for an academy of 3000+ employees, and tracked progress to whip up reports for better workflow effectiveness. If there was a superhero for training and development, I’d be wearing the cape.But wait, there's more! I've also dabbled in digital marketing, funnel building, lead generation, website designing, operations, photography, data analysis, and content creation. Basically, if there’s a skill out there, I’m probably working on it.When I'm not being a jack-of-all-trades, you'll find me dancing, snapping photos, reading books, or binge-watching anime (because who doesn't love a good anime marathon?).Throughout these years, I've kept my curiosity alive, always learning new things and dreaming of doing something on my own.
