- Built and deployed a client-facing web application and a CMS app using React and SCSS, singlehandedly, for a high-end furniture and design company, to showcase their catalog of custom designs. Features include drag and drop, zooming capabilities, and subtle transition animations.- Built the backend for both the client-side and CMS app with a cloud-first approach, by using various AWS Web Services like Cognito, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and S3. These services and resources were managed and deployed quickly using the AWS CDK to generate CloudFormation Templates, and therefore following the Infrastructure as Code (IAS) model.- Built the CI/CD Pipeline using GitHub action workflows, therefore, allowing future engineers and maintainers of the app to easily contribute, modify or add features.

The backend was built using MongoDB Realm (for increased data integrity and security) and a collection of AWS Services (for rate-limiting and throttling of public endpoints). Any private/hidden communication between AWS Services and MongoDB Realm was handled by using the MongoDB Realm Atlas API. - Deployed frontend as a client-side rendered app, to reduce costs (at the expense of lowering SEO). For AWS services, the backend was deployed using a CloudFormation Template. For MongoDB Realm, the backend was deployed using a custom CD/CI pipeline solution that was integrated directly into the private repository

-Created a Python script to process 380,000+ data points, generated from over 10,000+ Tiff images. The images were taken with a confocal microscope.- Analyzed and ran 200+ western blots that documented when fat cells interacted with macrophages. This was to determine the activation of various proteins in the MAPk and NF-kB signaling pathways, including AKT. - Performed 40+ experiments, with 96 conditions, to map out a signaling pathway of lysosome exocytosis. It was theorized that this mechanism, along with actin polymerization created "foam cells" which are "sticky" and adhere to each other, resulting in arterial plaque formation.
