Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, providing accurate information about merchandise the story carries. Helping customers select merchandise and add ons to their purchases. Processing purchases and returns at the cash register, maintaining inventory levels as well as restocking shelves as needed and organizing merchandise. Making sure the store is fully merchandised and putting out new products by receiving freight weekly. Pairing with the operational leader for new updates to be done and set store correctly. Provide excellent customer service with every incoming call with making reservations, modifying or canceling. Answer any questions and provide information about new and existing reservations. Thrive sales with reservations.

In charge of the shift when the store manager isn’t around. Attend all clients' questions and any situations to appear. Resolve any issues, opening and closing procedures. In charge of all the cash registers as well as the pharmacy area, making sure all registers have the same amount at the end of every night shift. Receive merchandise and vendors, put out all newmerchandise on the floor and maintain a great appearance for the store. Daily tasks.

Outbound/Inbound call center, but was mostly outbound, reaching out to veterans of the US who have VA home loans and notifying them about certain benefits that were more available to them. Goal was to try to transfer them to the bank for a refinance. Met daily goals.

Answer telephones, respond to emails, attend clients that will visit our store, manage the social media pages of the company, file documents, coordinate payments from customers, data entry, open and close offices. Task coordinator, process purchase orders.

Greet customers and get them seated, let them know that I was there to attend them personally. Inform clients about the special offers and changes in the menu. Respond to their questions and concerns, take their orders, process clients payments and finish tasks at the end of each shift.

Opening and closing procedures as closing registers and ensuring both registers and safe are even at the end of night count. Deposit cash at the end of each night shift. Leave the store clean and organized for the next morning shift. Supervise staff, answer staff and customers questions and concerns. Receive merchandise, take out new styles on floor and promote sales.
