Production Building Manager
CurrentPresently Manage Pre-Outfit 2 Production Building in Support of Ship ConstructionManage safety goals daily.Manage team of Area Supervision, Supervisors, and a multitude of trade Mechanics.Manage building production costs.Manage multiple units to schedule requirements.Constantly use strategies to place manning in high impact areas.Actively manage variations of issues in support of unit production, manning, and building infrastructure.Currently manage up to 9 products at a time with variations in workorder throughput from 2ea workorders to over 300ea.Effectively expedite needs to keep production schedule requirements / building needs.Heavily involved in all scheduling, building improvements, and organization.Currently work with all levels of management of production and support organizations.Fully comply with all Navy and Union contract agreements.Currently working to stream line PO2 production process.
