• Manages ICT-related projects from initiating, planning, monitoring and control, until closing of projects• Prepares project plans, which includes work breakdown structure, project schedule, cost estimates, responsibility matrix, procurement management, risk management, quality management and communication plans• Facilitates project management plan approval and kick off meetings• Provides mentoring, coaching to project managers and provides standards and templates for project management process• Directs and manage project execution by being the single point of contact for the project team and stakeholders• Regularly monitors project performance in terms of scope, cost, schedule and quality and recommends corrective and preventive action to impending project-related problems and reports to CIT management; provides project status report• Provides year-end budget forecast and proposes annual budget allocation for projects

• Manages project managers of all ICT-related projects to deliver the overarching program goals and strategies- Develops and provides project management governance, framework, standard, project templates, key performance indicators and success factors- Identifies dependent and related projects to manage it as a program, identifies priority, align similar actives, balances resources such as manpower, time, budget and materials• Provides mentoring, coaching to project managers and provides standards and templates for project management process• Monitors project performance in terms of scope, cost, schedule and quality and recommends corrective and preventive action to impending project-related problems and reports to CIT management- Analyzes project performance and provide project trends

• Performs project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing of telecommunications-related projects• Gather user requirements, document expert opinion, seek approval and conduct kick-off meetings to officially initiate the project with project stakeholders• Prepares project plans, which includes scope of work, work breakdown structure, project schedule, cost estimates, responsibility matrix, procurement management, risk management, quality management and communication plans• Manages and implements Telecommunication projects and services, such as system requirements or customer requests, that are aligned with the regulatory year of the Energy Regulatory Commission• Monitors progress of projects which involves adherence to agreed project schedule, budget utilization, allocation of proper resources and adherence to quality and identified standards• Acts as single point of contact for all stakeholders to synchronize all project activities which includes the preparation of design plans, budget modifications and utilization, timely delivery of materials, requirements and acquisition of necessary regulatory permits and licenses, efficient on-site installation• Performs project closure report which identifies project highlights/ milestones, evaluates project performance based on planned and actual schedule, planned and actual budget utilization, identifies lessons learned and formulates recommendation which might be applicable for future similar projects

• Supervises installation and connectivity of serial devices on the corporate local area network, which is used to interface different communications systems onto the server in order to access these communications systems remotely for administration, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and monitoring• Configures network serial devices/equipment which are IP-based, for proper interfacing of the non-IP equipment with the local area network• Isolates, detects and coordinates possible troubles of communications systems and servers for immediate solution• Researches, plans and develops network management systems and peripherals

• System Administration of Windows 2000 server, which includes configuration of primary and backup domain controller, administering Active Directory and group policies with a redundant server, performs weekly backup of server, develops script for automatic / unmanned updates and network / domain policy implementation and partial UNIX systems administration (Solaris 8)• Provision of technical support for Windows-based unit (Windows 98, 2000 and XP)• Provides technical support for SX9000 tools for circuit pattern designers such as troubleshooting software errors during circuit checking, updating circuit libraries and develops pattern files• Maintains anti-virus server (Norton) and keeps virus definition files updated and implements appropriate patches for system security against viruses• Conducts training for basic UNIX commands and the VI editor for new designers• Hosts and maintains the intranet Philippine Design Center and keeps it updated using either MS Frontpage and Dreamweaver

• Provides nationwide technical support to Dream Broadcasting System subscribers through phone coordination• Conducts research, product testing of new satellite-related products for appropriate recommendation• Monitors the video and audio reception quality which uses portable satellite dish• Assist in installation and inspection of DTH products
