With over 16 years of work experience in clinical quality, case management and management/leadership experience. I have a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership & Administration. I am also an adjunct professor at Kean University, where I teach online courses for BSN students. My core competencies include leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing training and coaching to staff and stakeholders. I have extensive experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), where I have improved the quality of care and safety for underserved communities. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective health care services to the people who need them the most. I am passionate about collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams, learning from best practices, and innovating new solutions to address the challenges and opportunities in the health care industry.
