Global responsibility for the planning, design and execution of divisional HR strategy.

Responsible for development of a business case for investment in HCM technology, selection of HCM vendor and partners. Led the successful deployment of Workday across the Weir global footprint (14 000 employees in 70 countries).

A member of the core merger deal team, playing a lead role in HR due diligence and integration planning for the merger between Standard Life and Aberdeen Asset Management. Responsibility for ensuring business readiness on HR related activity and managing HR related risk, including Organisational Design required for deal completion. Led the subsequent People workstream of the Integration programme which included large scale organisational restructuring of the merged business.

Responsible for leading the global people operations function as well as ownership of the people technology platform.

Responsible for the end to end customer and broker process for new business acceptance and servicing of existing business for clients based across Hong Kong, China, Japan and Taiwan.

Responsible for setting People strategy and designing and delivering a people plan to support delivery of business strategy across Standard Life in Asia and the Middle East.

Led various OD and change management projects, most notably, the business change work stream of large scale implementation of the Oracle EBS and Fusion Talent Suite.
