Operations Clinical Lead for implementation of Allscripts Touchworks EHR for large multispecialty physician practice with over 700 providers and 50 clinical sites.. Works collaboratively with IT systems team, Administrative leadership and CMIO to develop EHR build that will incorporate MFA workflows and practice standards of care. Lead clinical Point of Contact for interface build, order and document mapping for legacy and future EHR optimization.

Implement Practice Management System (GE Centricity Business) and EHR (Allscripts Enterprise) at all new physician practices joining the MFA. Determine timeline, assign staffing/resources and develop all workflows to reflect "best practice" according to MFA standardization.

Develops clinical and operational workflows and training for implementation of EHR/Medical Applications processes and documentation.

GWU MFA Dept. of Medicine was comprised of >150 Physicians, 100 Residents, 25 Fellows, and over 200 staff. Developed clinical and administrative support workflows for staff and physicians/clinical providers within Allscripts EHR. Tested and implemented changes to workflows for all EHR upgrades. Provided departmental traininig such as resident training, new staff orientation classes and customer service classes.

Managed clinic staff, front end staff, phone staff and administrative staff for an Internal Medicine practice of 35 physicians that is part of a 300 physician multispecialty academic practice

Worked collaboratively with IT to develop clinical functionality and standardize workflow for EHR documentation and CPOE. Trained staff and physicians for functionality and workflows.
