Supports the accomplishment of the foundation's objectives by developing and implementing strategies to attract and hire a diverse group of talented individuals and leaders from around the world to contribute to the foundation's mission. Furthers the recruiting team's objectives through the development, management and execution of sourcing & research strategies to identify manage and cultivate a pool of leadership candidates for the foundation's immediate and long-term strategic hiring objectives. Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of an internal executive search system and the processes, procedures, and frameworks associated with this system.
