As a Business Unit Head, I am responsible for the overall operation of the school which includes the following:1. Communication:- Receiving incoming parental feedback.- Distribution of parent feedback to the respective teacher:- Sending out emails after lessons.- Sending out texts and emails before Introductory Lessons and before firstlessons.- Rescheduling lessons if the teacher can’t make it, the teaching spaceunavailable, etc.- Reminding parents about payments due: after the 3rd lesson on Monday anemail reminder, call on Thursday, another direct call the following week onTuesday.- Scheduling additional lessons. Quality Control:- Collecting parent feedback, by randomly calling parents approximately once amonth.- Visiting teaching spaces/lessons if teachers have problems with teaching or thegroup.3. Assists teachers in conducting Introductory Lessons; assess and recommends program for attendees4. Manage business-to-client experience and focus on daily contact with clients5. Conduct telephone sales to ensure effective sales techniques, skills and sales instrument are set.6. Conduct cold calls and respond to incoming inquiries.7. Conduct engaging work plan with the marketing and sales team to ensure optimum result.
