About Arlene Pace, Lcsw

I believe life is a playground, not a prison. This truth is hard to remember when most of us are suffering so deeply from trauma. I provide a space for people to heal from trauma and be fully witnessed, so they can healthily attach, love, play, feel, and enjoy life again. Ketamine, in my opinion, is one of the best heart-opening psychedelics for healing core attachment wounds.I work through a systemic lens that takes the onus off the individual and puts the focus on the oppressive systems at hand. One of the core tenets I work by as a therapist is equalizing power dynamics within the therapeutic container. I am here to help you remember and rediscover your power and wholeness. I use a tapestry of modalities; weaving together Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy mixed with somatic-based practices such as movement, vocalizations, and breathwork. I infuse compassionate play and humor into my sessions.We’ve got to feel it to heal it. I’m here to help people safely feel and complete stagnant trauma cycles in a titrated, regulated, and safe atmosphere. I’m focused on creating a trauma-informed therapeutic relationship where these wounds can be explored, felt, and healed.
