The front ends of these sites were generally developed using tableless HTML with CSS so they would be compliant with government handicap accessibility guidelines (Section 508) and would allow for improved indexing by search engines due to separation of structure and content.♦ Documented internal processes as part of the company collaboration to standardize how departments performed their daily duties and to reduce resources required to train new hires.♦ Communicated through verbal and written mediums with customers on projects where the technical details being discussed / clarified was beyond the project manager’s current knowledge.♦ Designed, developed and implemented a Point of Sale system, Retail Penguins, using the Object Oriented Pascal language and Delphi.♦ Managed the Engineering, I.T., and Web Support departments.
