- Creates, customize and configure Intranet, Extranet, and Office 365 SharePoint sites- Serves as Site Administrator for Office 365 SharePoint sites- Provides technical support in SharePoint for 700+ users - Ensures brand strategies and style standards are followed within intranet and extranet sites- Provides SharePoint classroom training for users, Project Managers and Team Lead in the usage and best practices of SharePoint tool- Analyzes problems, identifies and proposes the best solution for business needs- Serves as Yammer Administrator and worked with other IT teams implementing Single Sign On

- Develop software/systems Test Plans in coordination with the Business Analyst and Systems Architect based on the Requirements and Design Specifications of the system/application- Provide assistance to Business Analyst, Database Specialist, Systems Architect and Programmers/Developers in the development and testing of software/systems- Work closely with the Business Analyst in liaising between users and system/applications developers during testing and coding to improve understanding of the system/application being developed and deliver what users want.- Ensured that the applications being develop matches the user requirements by tracking and recording issues/bugs and problems raised by users and making sure that these issues/bugs and problems are resolved and/or fixed.- Manage the conduct and implementation of all QA Testing Plans for all IT projects (i.e. supervise testing of junior QA Testers, Junior Programmers, and cadet programmers/testers).- Act as resource person in the conduct of Training in new systems/software developed.
