- Investigated sex differences in methylation pattern as a response of childhood trauma, in RADAR cohort. Finding is expected to determine which epigenetic clock is the most appropriate to measure trauma-induced aging in youths, and to better understand the role of sex in gene-trauma interaction.- Learnt to perform longitudinal analysis of DNA methylation data (Illumina 450K) in R. - Learnt how to work with large datasets and how to design bioinformatics pipeline.

- Expanded on a CNS PBPK model LeiCNS-PK3.0 to model active transporter-mediated drug-drug interaction of several opioids & CNS active drugs at the blood-brain barrier- Created and curated an internal database for expression and activity level of transporters in rats and human blood-brain barrier

- Studied how 7-9 months old infants associate spatial action with non-spatial concepts and numerical magnitude. Also aided 3 months-old infants study regarding pitch tone discrimination- Techniques learnt: ERP (Event Related Potential)- Software used: Observer XT (for video coding)- Recruited participants, conducted online and on site study testing while respecting the sanitary protocol during COVID-19 crises

- Expressed and purified bacterial membrane ABC Transporter McjD using HPLC- Trained in phage management and clearance, helped with general lab management- Project was converted to a literature based project due to COVID-19 lockdown. Project original aim include co-crystallization of protein with three prescreened synthetic peptides using RaPID system
