Issue Management including investigation of customer complains to ensure all concerns are actioned in a timely manner using 8D/Problem solving principles. Understanding customer requirements in detail and communicating them with the internal team. Support the Project Team through APQP/PPAP and ECR implementation. Managing the full audit cycle to highlight areas for improvement.

Collecting and analysing customer return data. Pilot and supervise QRCI meetings. Implementing and respecting control plans and PFMEAs. Creating work instructions and implementing training plans.

Managing and controlling production daily performance. Leading a team of up to 10 production operators. Driving improvement ideas and HSE.

Quality checking & analysing data of injection moulded car components. This included checking weight, colour and gloss level, dimensional and fixture check of components and working with data to ensure parts are supplied at the highest level.
