I started in 2014 with my degree at culinary arts at "Universidad del Valle de México". Since there I've had several part time jobs on cafeterias and fast food chains. I made two six month internships, the first at Hotel Princess Mundo Imperial, in Acapulco, México(2015); the second was at the Oklahoma State University catering department (2017).In 2019 I worked six months at the Oklahoma State University catering department, at the beginning as cook, and at half I was promoted to supervisor.I worked in 2018, 2019, and 2022, as seasonal pastry chef on the summer camp Kinneret-Biluim, in Québec, Canada.I worked for three months on the celebrity cruise company, as 3rd cook, until it was stopped by COVID.I worked for seven months on a call center called Teleperformance, working specifically for Comcast.I have eight months of work experience as cook in a restaurant on British Columbia.I like to swim, play the guitar and be around my family.
