In college, I completed an assignment that asked me to explore my passion versus my purpose, a defining moment that continues to guide both my professional journey and personal life. While my passion lies in helping others, I discovered that my true purpose is to make a lasting impact. Whether it’s through a meaningful interaction with a customer, mentoring a peer, collaborating with a leader, or driving organizational change, creating positive, enduring impressions is at the core of who I am.With over a decade of experience in diverse roles spanning customer service, team leadership, and operational management, I have honed my ability to connect with people and drive exceptional results. At Wayfair, I led teams of up to 350 customer support advocates and 21 team managers, ensuring we delivered outstanding service across North America and international markets like the UK, Canada, and Ireland. I managed our business expansion into Jamaica and the Philippines, overseeing seamless service delivery in multiple digital contact channels.
