As Matrak is a developed startup I definitely have to wear a lot of hats and take on other responsibilities not directly bound to the UX job description. A lot of work but a lot of fun. Sevenfold Theatre Company launched in November 2019. With 7 members, we helped put STC on the Melbourne theatre map and even after my departure are making strides in the world of indie theatre.I was brought in to help brand Sevenfold, creating a complete UI kit, font, social media and enough marketing templates and custom graphics to last them until the next re-brand. I also introduced UX processes within the company, showing how agile methodologies can inform the company's direction as a startup. Theatre AND UX!? Who would have thought!?I also used UX and Human Centred Design to influence the outcome of performances - working with set designers, directors and the marketing team with research and user flows, users journeys and personas to pull focus in certain directions. This saw Sevenfold Theatre Company make great profit in their debut season. It was an amazing experiment.

At ReUnion Events I manage artists and musicians. I liaise between artists and venues to create nights full of visual and performing arts. My roles include:Events Manager/Art Curator - Booking venues - Liaising between artists and venue management to organise events smoothly- Curator- Ensuring external contractors (photography, sound engineers, door and bar staff) arrive on time and are paid.Artist Manager - Ensuring artist artwork and event space is left undamaged. - Finding artists to participate in events and functions

Full time immersive course that teaches the fundamentals and core skills of User Experience - with key learnings from user research, interviewing all the way through to prototyping and ideation.Skills learnt and actively practised: - User research (contextual inquiry, interviewing)- Synthesising research and identifying the key trends and unique responses- Wireframing- User testing and iterating prototyping in accordance to feedback- Confidently expressing ideas and communicating my UX process to key stakeholders
