Diagnose disease with ultrasound. Performed General, OB/GYN, and DVT studies. Echo exams done in the Outpatient cardiology clinic. Taught monthly CME courses to cardiology staff. Worked remotely at two out patient clinics to assist the schedule as needed. The lab doubled in size and the outreach to rural labs were also integrated so the cardiologist could read the exams from remote sites. Training and improvement processes were required from these site to ensure quality exams were performed.
