Reporting to the Industrial (local) and Corporate Operational Excellence (Italy) Department. Management of a team composed of 60 employees, including 02 direct supervisors.o Restructured the Production department and managed, together with the Engineering and Tech Transfer department (local and corporate), the transfer of an aerosol production line from the plant in Parma (Italy) to Santana de Parnaíba (Brazil).o Conceived and led the project to implement the Lean Manufacturing culture at the plant, where I obtained results that resulted in increased productivity and OEE of the production lines (mainly in the aerosol line from 6.5 million units to 11 million).o Through Safety and Environment projects, I developed, together with the Safety, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance departments, processes to reduce and mitigate work-related accidents and sick leave due to repetitive efforts and labor liabilities.o Managed and maintained the planned expenses in the Budget exercises (OPEX and CAPEX) as planned.
