As Brand Building Manager for West Africa, Arlin was responsible in building the d.light brand and create demand for the virtually unknown solar lantern category in Nigeria and Mali. To do so, she worked closely with local partners to create and execute a go-to-market strategy with very limited resources. As 1 of 7 members of d.light's Africa regional office, Arlin also helped establish its business planning process, contribute in grant development and reporting, as well as helped build marketing and business operation capabilities for local African distribution partners.
