Arlo is an executive search consultant focusing on senior-level searches for financial services companies in Japan. His main focus is front office positions with investment banks and asset management companies. Originally starting his career in recruiting at a boutique executive search firm in 2006, Arlo has successfully concluded 100's of senior-level searches within the financial services industry. Before co-founding The Evander Group, Arlo was heading up the financial services, accounting and human resources teams at a global recruitment firm – of which he joined in 2008. Arlo is fully bilingual/bicultural in both English and Japanese – and raised in Japan and graduated international school (ASIJ).
