Service Sales Representative
•Manage over 200 accounts with consistent updates in Salesforce.com while providing superb customer service•Build relationships with other companies to aid in the continual business growth of the company, especially organic growth•Maintain company budget and ensure financial transactions between departmental accounts•Facilitate the presentation of proposals and various reports to key stakeholders and senior level management•Maintain positive growing business relationships internally and externally with local, regional, national and strategic clients•Implement sales strategies resulting in more than $2,000,000 in quoted repair sales/orders over the past 24 months and maintained a position in the Top 10 Overall in the US during this period•Conceptualize and utilize sales strategies to meet & exceed an average monthly quota of $75,000 for 27 consecutive months•Maintain relationships with key clients (i.e. City of Palo Alto, Netflix Intercontinental Hotel, Essex Property Trust, Franklin Templeton, Grubb & Ellis Management Services, JCPenny, Bed Bath and Beyond, Neiman Marcus, and Simon Properties)•Develop marketing campaigns targeting specific segments of the vertical transportation industry to help build effective relationships with building owners, property managers, facility engineers, consultants and all levels of KONE employees•Educating customers on safety issues, code requirements or potential upgrades and submitting Asset Management Plans for budgeting upcoming repairs and recommending modernization upgrades to existing maintenance customers and non-KONE customers and referring opportunities to appropriate KONE personnel
