- Responsible for the procurement of goods/services for all branches and sections.- Manage K3 permits (Electrical Installations, Generators and Escalators)- Monitoring maintenance of buildings, archives and office vehicles.- Maintain working relationships with external vendors.- Manage the construction and permits for office moves or the establishment of new offices.- Assisting branches in external audit preparation for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

- Conduct regular visits to all branches.- Receive reports and process fidusia reports, marketing targets/SPV deposits, disbursement of credit applications, and branch system recaps.no- Checking customer debt write-off letters for all branches.- Conduct an audit for the handover of the position of branch head.- Assisting branches with external audit preparations for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

Receiving customer data from all branches for credit and deposit application submissions, then performing validation and input into the system.

Responsible for the maintenance of computers, LAN and Wi-Fi networks at Ten- House Guest House Bandung.
