• Sets-up consultant records (cost and sales rates) and budget in system which serves as guide for payroll and invoicing to client
• Checks and process salaries of each consultant according to monthly timesheet and contract and provides clarification on pay slips when required
• Validates expense claims, keeps track of advances, leaves and end of service benefits, and computes Personal Income Tax for consultants in Southeast Asia (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia)
• Enters and/or uploads salary payments through online banking (individual, bulk, or WPS) for validation and approval of Treasury Department
• Prepares and dispatches invoices (with/without VAT) according to clients specifications and requirements, and government regulations ( e.g. VAT, GST, CT, WHT), and clarifies any disputes
• Prepares monthly accruals for unpaid salaries and non-invoiced amounts related to consultants for recognition of cost and revenue at the time of closing (including end of service benefits)

United Arab Emirates

• Records receipt of goods from suppliers within approved issued purchase orders, match invoices with total goods received, reconcile for any variances and process payments
• Invoices delivered goods, follows up customers for collection of maturing invoices, and prepare weekly management report for all overdue accounts and status
• Prepares weekly cash receipt projections based on maturing invoices and payment habits
• Prepares journal entries, identify and record month-end inventory, counter-checks petty cash and advances liquidation
• Prepares reconciliation of customer, suppliers, and banks accounts for month-end closing
• Assists Accounting Manager in finalization of book of accounts for monthly, quarter and annual financial statements

Region VII - Central Visayas, Philippines

• Maintains Cost Accounting System and implement cost accounting improvements in an accounting-related computer technology
• Collects, records, and analyzes data to determine costs of business activity such as purchases and direct costs to inventory
• Analyzes changes in market requirements and export processing to determine effects on cost and pricing and making and proposing new estimates on costs
• Prepares monthly and quarterly management consolidated reports such as revenue reports, profit and loss statements, and commission statements
• Designs and prepares financial and sales templates for management reports and analysis
• Investigates sales with low and negative margin and prepares variance analysis

Region VII - Central Visayas, Philippines

• Conduct periodic financial and operational review in accordance with applicable Standards of Professional Practice of Internal Auditing evaluating the reliability and integrity of information as well as efficient use.
• Develop and update the scope for audit engagement programs (risk-based approach) and select/develop appropriate audit steps necessary to promote effective audit coverage.
• Conduct special projects as requested - field sales audit and inventory counts and investigate known or suspected acts of irregularities involving company funds, inventories, and employees.
• Prepare a written report of the results and recommendations of each audit, analyses or investigation performed and conducts follow-up on actions taken.
• Supervise and guides audit engagement members in conducting audit procedures and ensures the completeness of the working papers
• Reviews the work of the staff members, ensuring that the work has been performed and documented based on the required audit and accounting standards and timely communicates identified accounting and operations issues.
