It is designed to train, mentor, and empower outstanding emerging social entrepreneurs to kickstart their own social ventures in their home countries. As part of the fellowship, 19 fellows were brought together in Germany and worked with multinational retailer H&M to design a sustainable packaging shoe system. The result was an innovative and sustainable solution that reduced waste, handling time and cost. -
