The fellowship chose graduate and undergraduate students in the fields of architecture, landscape design, and urban design to work during alongside CIDS, Baktún and local architects in order to develop design alternatives for communities and public officials of small townships in the state of Yucatan Mexico. In an effort to transform their public spaces, enhance public/social life while preserving their historical character.
