As the Head of Recruitment & Operations at Salaam International, I lead a team of HR consultants and recruiters who provide manpower solutions for various sectors, such as hospitality, retail, aviation, catering, and entertainment, in the Gulf-Middle East region. With my extensive experience and knowledge in HR and team management, I ensure the quality and efficiency of our services, as well as the satisfaction and retention of our clients and candidates.I have been working in the recruitment industry since 2017, when I joined 7 Seas Business Solution as a Human Resources Consultant. There, I handled the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients in the hospitality and retail sector, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to placement and follow-up. I also managed the operations and administration of the office, including payroll, invoicing, contracts, and compliance. I have a B.sc degree from Delhi University, and I am passionate about helping people find their ideal jobs and careers.
