• Reporting to Operations Manager• Day to day Request for quotation floating with supplier • Daily follow up for Quotation.• Collecting all Quotation from the supplier.• Preparing Cost Comparison sheet.• Preparing Purchase Order and Issuance to the Supplier.• Daily updates log for material request vs. Purchase Order.• Daily follow up with Project team and Procurement senior staff.• All Purchase & Procurement Documents updates on Company server.• Technical submittal and sample follow up for supplier.• Handling daily petty Cash purchase and maintaining records.• Follow up for Supplier Payment Company accounts department.• Preparing Supplier payment request and updates log.
