In my work at MissionMigrant, a startup non-profit organization dedicated to improving migrant workers' welfare, I managed multifaceted initiatives aimed at raising awareness about their challenges.Engaging directly with migrant workers through insightful interviews, I learned about their experiences to better understand their needs and concerns. This hands-on approach enabled me to not only gain valuable insights but also to provide meaningful support and assistance.In an effort to boost morale and educate on Migrant Worker issues, I shared informative content created via canva on our Instagram platform, utilising it as a funnel to both educate and motivate. By leveraging social media, we aimed to increase awareness and inspire positive change for these minority communities in Singapore.Furthermore, I led a team of 10 volunteers in crafting blog posts highlighting critical migrant worker issues.

During my work at ANDAAZ NIGHTS, a startup events company, I organised and hosted two high-volume Bollywood-themed dance parties, drawing in over 150 attendees to each event. These events not only showcased my passion for event management but also highlighted my adept organizational skills.My role involved event coordination and promotion through social media platforms and word-of-mouth marketing. The success of these events stands as a testament to my ability to orchestrate, manage, and curate immersive experiences that captivate audiences.With a passion for event management, I take immense pride in my capacity to bring people together and create atmospheres that resonates well with guests.
