•Working in a managing position of Non-Conventional Machining division at TEI's Special Process,•Responsible for all Non-Conventional Machining activities, such as mature part process improvements, new part implementations (NPI), process planning and new equipment investments,•Leading a team of approximately 30 personnel, consists of engineers, shop supervisors and technicians,•Hands-on experience in Non-Conventional Machining processes, such as Laser Beam Machining (LBM), Electro Discharge Machining (EDM), Electro Chemical Machining (ECM), and also surface finishing / polishing (Ultrapolish),•Certifying Agent for General Electric Aviation on Laser Beam Machining (LBM), Electro Chemical Milling (ECM) and Electro Discharge Machining (EDM) for process and tech plan review and approval activities,•Responsible for manufacturing the parts in accordance with technical drawings, specifications and standards while providing desired quality and on-time manufacturing to meet delivery schedule,•Taking error-proof actions to eliminate any process and time losses,•Leading process developments, new part introductions (NPI) and continuous improvement activities,•Planning and monitoring operations during process development period to prevent any process interruptions,•Leading long term projects related to cost and producibility improvements,•Leading new investment projects; including machinery, building and production support equipment until the investment finalized,•Monitoring operational targets, budgets and progress of projects,•Monitoring and leading re-accreditation audit processes, including customer audits, system audits, NADCAP audits,•Technical support to design and manufacturing for improvements on various international and indigenous projects,•Preparing the manufacturing quotations per the customer part drawings.
