-Utilized my 'Partnership Development' skills to generate sponsorships from top companies by personal networking & mobilizing others to approach potential sponsors, and successfully managed material procurement throughout the project.-Led and managed a team of 25 members as a project manager, overseeing the product design and optimization of critical parts for an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), such as wheel hubs and steering knuckles, to their maximum potential.-Successfully headed the design, prototyping, manufacturing, and fabrication processes for the ATV, resulting in a successful final product.-Spearheaded efforts to reduce the amount of CO2 emissions from the ATV's exhaust system by developing a non-conventional catalytic converter.

During my time as an Engineering & Procurement Specialist with Team Mud Brothers (Associated with ISNEE India), I played a critical role in helping the team achieve 3rd position in the national level off road vehicle manufacturing completion by managing all procurement activities and establishing strong relationships with major vendors in the market. - Through my efforts, I achieved significant cost savings and successfully sourced major machinery for manufacturing, which was instrumental to the success of the project. - In addition to my procurement expertise, I also provided technical guidance to the team in the design and development of a hydraulic disc brake system for an off-road vehicle, which resulted in improved performance and safety.
