- Responsible for design, development and construction of automated robotic test equipment for acceptance testing, endurance testing, and product development. Developed software programs for control and data acquisition on new and legacy test systems.- Initiated, designed and built robotic platforms to automate labor-intensive procedures for capturing product metrics and executing programmed test cases for acceptance and endurance testing. Platform significantly improved test times, reduced cost by $20M per project and minimized operator error.- Architect of first SCADA server platform to record test data, generate/compile reports and send email/SMS notifications. Built web client/interface to access reports and view machine status.- Defined project requirements, schematics, design specifications and managed internal/external resources.

- Designed and built custom automation machines and software for auxiliary and secondary plastics processing.- Performed research and development and generated specifications for product, machine, and thermoplastic injection mold designs.- Developed custom hardware and software to deliver motion/process control at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. Redesigned proprietary/antiquated control and networking systems with modern equivalents.
