I am prior military (Navy) and have lived quite a different life than most; I traveled with my family overseas for about 20 years with my father's work within the Dept. of State. I enjoy helping people and helping people understand certain things they may not; all without making them feel stupid. I've been told that I have a gift with teaching people. What I enjoy most is spending quality time with those I love. I am a team player when required to but also just as comfortable working alone on tasks, so long as I completely comprehend the task! I don't shy away from asking questions, but I do like to attempt to figure things out for myself first unless the task is too large or time-consuming. Though I am considered a millennial, I was brought up with a hard-working mentality and respect for my superiors as well as respect for even the janitor. I enjoy working in an environment where my supervisors and colleagues can really "be themselves", why fake who you really are? I am not offended easily (please refer to U.S. Navy service), and I get along with just about anyone. I am respectful, kind, and courteous to those who reciprocate. Those who do not, will be fed to the hounds out back. I pay attention to key details and have another uncanny ability in finding things that stick out to me but others may miss (thank you U.S. Navy). I like to joke around, appropriately, and can be just as serious to handle everyday tasks. I want to find a career I can call "home", the last career I will get into and sail off in to the end.
