• Order follow up with factories or Buying Houses.• Arrange various fabrics swatch from buyers• Negotiation the price with the Buyers• Arrange to prepare requested samples and send to the buyer accordingly• Communicating manufacturer & supplier.• Counter checked pre-production sample before sending to the buyer.• After confirm the order follow-up lapdep• Weekly reporting and submitted to the higher managements.• Assist to Managements to understand the buyer’s requirements after receiving specification in the order.• Coordination with the china mills for timely sample yardage delivery.• Coordination with the china mills for timely shipment the fabrics.• Follow up the buyers for new development.

• Assist to the Merchandising Manager.• Make the sample / accessories sowas for Buyer Approval• Receive Original Buyer Sample through T & T / Send PP sample through T & T• Order follow up as per po sheet.• PP sample follow up as per gold seal sample• Sample follow up before wash after wash• Every week WIP report send to Buyer• Carton, Poly Booking & follow up with the supplier• After Booking follow up with store that the goods are in house or not• After PP Sample Check the Measurement with the factory QC• Follow up the Production
