Rdt Technical Support Engineer
Current- Tested in open-pit and underground mines RDT (rock drilling tools), such as tophammer, DTH, rotary, raiseboring, and handheld products, to assist Epiroc team to gain or retain market share.
- Managed warranties by conducting investigation of claims, gathering data, troubleshooting, communicating with production center, then reporting, and closing.
- Reported to customer and production center after each test, investigation, or travel, the collected knowledge, findings, lessons learned, recommendations.
- Provided technical support for customers and sales team on requests for best suitable products and work practices.
- Trained customers, Epiroc team, and dealers on RDT technologies, products, drilling practices, and maintenance.
- Coordinated service personnel on service jobs and travels for monitoring tool performance.
