Supervise and implement customer service activities and functions: • Supervise, review, approve and reply transactional queries, concerns and tracers of remittance business partners and clients (internal and external) thru email and SWIFT messages (MTs). Ensure these are acted upon or referred to rightful unit within agreed turn-around-time. • Review and authorize Letter of Instructions (LOI) from Tie-ups BERC offices and BPI/BFB branches. Ensure the authenticity and timely completion of all referred LOIs within the shift schedule. • Supervise and monitor the settlement of long outstanding transactions in coordination with Accounting unit, Tie-ups, Expat officers and Remittance Business Department. • Approve accounting entries of daily transactions. • Review and ensure implementation of Tie-ups and Remittance partners (Couriers) signed contracts. • Prepare and submit volume and beyond TAT report required for the Department's revenue computation and expense allocation. • Manage and enhance service quality level by ensuring that the trainings needs of staff are identified and fulfilled.

Primarily responsible for the supervision of Manning and Payroll section which is tasked with timely and accurate processing allotments of Manning agencies and incoming Branches payroll transactions. • Ensure the legitimacy of the incoming payment order or file, Reclamation request and Letter of Authority by decoding test key and signature verification. • Supervise assignments of section's operations processors. Improve service quality levels by providing proper training needs of processors and guidance to perform effeciently and effectively. • Coordinate with Remittance Business Dept for assistance, endorsement and approval such as deficiency on the LOA received, reversal of charges and other related allotment transactions. • Monitor the performance of the processing system, coordinate with system group if system related problem needs immediate resolution. • Review and approve manually prepared accounting entries of the section. • Supervise and submit volume report.

Supervise operations, ensure accuracy, completeness and authenticity of all transactions from Foreign offices, Tie-ups and Correspondent banks (MT 103 and MT 202).

Preparation for supervisory functions.

Responsible for providing accurate and summary report of all Automated Teller Machines (ATM). • Verify and prove ATM's proof/retrieval overages and shortages. • Analyze and examine the machine's counter readings if the incurred discrepancy is system or man made problem. • Coordinate with Cash Center and provide feedback regarding the confirmed Retrieval shortage incurred to start the investigation of the people involved and perform environment observation on the machine. • Recommend the reversal of ATM's Proof/Retrieval overages and shortages based on the data and information gathered. • Identify account which encountered undispensed and overdispensed withdrawal for adjustment.
