1. Meet and Greet clients and visitor2. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member3. Make a weekly and monthly report4. Generate new contacts, prospecting and pitching-leading to winning & closure of new customers5. Working and coordinating with other internal divisions to deliver solutions to customers6. Lead and coordinate other import team members to make the work run smoothly7. Establish and maintain good relationship with customers8. Create and modify documents using Microsoft office such as Microsoft word, excel and power point9. Assist customers in the selection of products10. Explain promotions and service package to customers11. Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and requirements12. Other duties as assigned.
