I have obtained my construction qualification in 2005 and has been in the construction industry for 17 years, holding job titles as construction worker, foreman, site manager and currently as a construction manager. I run various projects overseeing commercial and domestic operations, independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team. I am competent, committed, very experienced and driven by the fast-paced, ever changing environment of the construction commerce. I negotiate small, medium and large projects and deals and has invaluable experience in managing projects, resources and staff in an effective and efficient manner. The ultimate satisfaction is complete and perfectly erected or renovated buildings (especially after confrontation with the devastating environmental effects of storms, wind and hail to property.) Highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various sectors in construction such as insurance policies, stock control, site management, safety regulations, environmental issues and cost control.
