Initially started off as a Senior Database Developer. Duties consisted of data migrations from Mainframes and other databases. Used SQL and FoxPro, dBase IV to conduct large data migrations, with client data from Andersen Windows of millions of records and sliced and diced data to fit the needs of the application that I had developed to allow intake from prospective customers and current customers to be able to select windows, request literature and be provided with Andersen Windows Dealers within their vicinity. Also developed and implemented company’s first Implementation Team, saving company $3.5M in first year in account services time. Served as Database Developer and Software engineer first 3 years at HH.

Did data migration from mainframe systems into PC, using FoxPro for Windows (a database application). Cleaned up the migrated data and provided graphical reports/status in color for only Michael Dell's consumption. This showed the life expectancy of all the Dell products being sold and I was the first to discover the high failure rate of their new line of laptops, of which were all built with parts from Mexico and had a 3X more failure rate than that of other Dell product lines; eventually leading to a multi-million dollar market value drop and questions from the media about the reliability of Dell laptops.
