With over 20 years of lived experience working with domestic gangs and human sex trafficking, I am a passionate and skilled program development expert and nonprofit leader. I own Lawrich Consulting, a firm that provides services for various organizations and sectors, such as NGOs, NPOs, defense attorneys, law enforcement, school staff and students, medical personnel, and hospitality industry staff. I specialize in curriculum and program design, court expertise, and fund development.I am also a program developer and director of program development at Walk With Me Impact, a solution-driven leader in youth mentoring services. We provide curriculum-based services, support, and resources of the highest quality to our customers, with a focus on innovation, engagement, activism, and partnerships. I have co-founded a nonprofit organization called Paving Great Futures, which facilitates programming for at-risk youth and adults, former and current gang involved, formerly and currently incarcerated, former and current human sex trafficking involved. Our organization's core competencies are responsible life skills, job readiness, financial literacy, community service, civic engagement, and entrepreneurship. I have received multiple awards and recognition for my work, including from the congressional, state, and local levels. I am also an international keynote speaker, author, and podcast host. I am committed to making a positive impact in the communities I serve and empowering others to do the same.
